GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACTS

Submissions must be in abstract format only; full-text submissions will not be
accepted.

  • Abstracts must not have been previously published or presented elsewhere.
  • Each participant may submit a maximum of two abstracts.
  • Abstracts must be submitted to the following email
    address: ygva2026@vfs.unsa.ba
  • In order for abstracts to be evaluated, the presenting author must complete
    the congress registration process.
  • Abstracts must be prepared in English.
  • All abstracts presented at the congress will be published, free of charge, in the official journal of the Veterinary Faculty Sarajevo “Veterinaria“. If you do not want to publish your abstract, as we encourage work in progress, please let us know.
  • The deadline for abstract submission is 20.04.2026.

Presentation Guidelines for Oral Presentation

Each oral presentation will be allocated 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. In order to ensure that the presentations run smoothly on the computers in the congress halls, the “.pptx” files must be prepared in 16×9 format. We kindly ask all presenters to strictly adhere to the allotted time to maintain the flow of the program.

Presentation Guidelines for Poster Papers

The poster dimensions should be 100×70 cm.
